With a nod to our past and our heritage, the blue in our company’s logo mirrors that used in the SEGA logos and is a colour that is renowned throughout the industry. Kaizen is a Japanese term meaning “change for the better” or “continuous improvement.” It is a Japanese business philosophy regarding the process that continuous small improvements by all employees drives the company to be bigger and better.
